\nSalary: Up to RM13,000 \n\nWe are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer, Wintel to join our Infrastructure Service Operations team. If you have a passion for Windows servers, virtualization, and delivering infrastructure excellence, this role is perfect for you! \n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for physical and virtual Windows servers, ensuring 24x7 availability. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Install, configure, and maintain Intel-based systems in collaboration with internal teams. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Perform server patching, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Document deployments, configurations, and problem resolutions for future reference. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Participate in small-scale projects and vendor management, ensuring compliance and smooth implementation. \n\t \n \n\nRequirements: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
5+ years of experience with Windows Server OS, VMware vSphere, and Nutanix. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Certifications such as VMware VCP-DCV, Nutanix Certified Associate, Cisco CCNA (Data Center), or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Strong knowledge of server hardware, OS troubleshooting, virtualization, storage, networking, and Active Directory. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
