MDM Developer

🔧 Your Role
As an MDM Developer / Engineer, you will:
-Design, build, and support enterprise-wide MDM solutions to ensure consistent, accurate, and trusted master data across systems
-Implement data models, integration patterns, data quality rules, match & merge logic, and governance workflows
-Support key master data domains and enable golden record creation
-Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with the organization’s data strategy and roadmap

✅ What We’re Looking For
Mandatory Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years’ experience in MDM development or data engineering
-Hands-on experience with at least one MDM platform:
-Informatica MDM
-IBM InfoSphere MDM
-SAP MDG
-Reltio
-Semarchy
-Strong understanding of MDM concepts (golden record, survivorship, match-merge, hierarchy management)
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or
equivalent
-Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
-Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica PowerCenter/IDQ, Talend, DataStage)
-Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs and messaging platforms (Kafka, MQ)
-Solid knowledge of data modeling, normalization, and metadata management
-Good communication and documentation skills

🌟 Nice to Have / Advantage Skills:
-Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries
-Knowledge of Customer/Party MDM, KYC, entity resolution, and reference data management
-Experience with data quality and profiling tools (Informatica IDQ, Ataccama)
-Familiarity with data lineage, impact analysis, and metadata tools
-Exposure to event-driven architecture and real-time data synchronization
-Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
MDM or Data Governance certifications are a strong plus
