As a Retail Regional Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our distribution network, driving sales growth, and enhancing brand visibility within your designated region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Management:
- Confirming business targets and managing existing distributor relationships.
- Overseeing purchase order (PO) management and coordinating shipping arrangements with the Supply Chain Team.
Discussing and finalizing ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing plans with distributors.
- Forecasting sales and A&P (Advertising & Promotion) results and preparing monthly sales reports.
- Participating in sales meetings to share country-specific activities and discussing new product pricing with the marketing team.
Supply Chain Coordination:
- Forecasting item requirements and ensuring stock availability for each country.
- Attending supply chain meetings to coordinate inventory planning.
ATL & BTL Activities:
- Driving sales and increasing brand awareness through internal and external discussions of ATL & BTL activities.
- Monitoring promotion implementations and planning exhibitions or events.
Market Research:
- Sharing market insights, including competitor information and potential M&A opportunities.
- Identifying new product potentials.
Retailer Relationship Building:
- Building and maintaining relationships with main retailers in each country.
