Sales Executive

Company Background

We are representing our client, a Malaysian engineering company based in Melaka, providing reliable solutions and services to clients across the ASEAN region. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Executive (located in multiple location).

Job Description:

• Responsible for market development and sales of company products in the target country, executing and completing assigned sales tasks.
• Enhance sales value, control costs, actively achieve sales targets, and expand product market share in line with the company's marketing strategy.
• Maintain good communication with clients, understand their needs in a timely manner, and provide proactive, enthusiastic, and satisfactory service.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage contract signing according to company products, pricing, and market strategies. Coordinate and supervise relevant departments during contract execution.
• Keep abreast of market price information and regularly submit analysis and forecast reports on projects and clients to the company.
• Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to provide valuable suggestions for the company.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum in Diploma/ Degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Power/Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electromechanics, Fire Protection, or related engineering fields.
• Salesperson from Penang or Johor Bahru are preferred. Must be familiar with the local market. Subsequent long-term assignment to these locations is required.
• Good communication skills and presentable. Outgoing personality with a willingness to embrace sales challenges.
• Entry-level position focusing primarily on sales support/order follow-up, with development path towards Sales Manager.
