Job Description 

• Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to pertinent individual. 

• Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient. 

• Handle walk-in at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction and address them appropriately. 

• Set up meeting rooms for all meetings and assist in event management. 

• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping and distribution of items to internal colleagues. 

• Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers, and customers. 


• Minimum Diploma in any discipline 

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience 

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 

• Good written and verbal communication skills 

• Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. 

• Good customer service attitude with pleasant, helpful, friendly personality, professional and tidy appearance. 

• Fresh graduates will be considered. 

• Candidates based in/near PJ preferred. 

• Must have own transport.
