Job description:
Job Description - Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to the pertinent individual.
- Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient
- Handle walk-in at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction and address them appropriately.
- Set up the meeting room for all meetings and assist in event management
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping and distribution of items to internal colleagues
- Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers and customers.
Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Good customer service attitude with pleasant, helpful, friendly personality, professional and tidy appearance.
- Female candidates preferred
