Job description:
Main Responsibilities - To conduct time study for production processes and provide the time study data for calculation of capacity for each process/machine.
- To maintain time standard catalogue and be responsible for the calculation of the performance efficiency.
- To create and maintain Bill of Material and Routing in SAP based on construction guidelines and time study for each process.
- To support Assistant Manager on the standardization of workplace layout in interaction with operators and technologies / ergonomics.
- To support Assistant Manager on the rationalization activities with focus on elimination of unproductive activities and reduction of handling activities.
- To perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.
Requirement - Minimum Diploma in Engineering preferably in Mechanical or Industrial.
- Sound knowledge and application of SAP and REFA.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences.
- Able to speak, read and write English and Bahasa Melayu.
