Responsibilities: 

• To support Human Labor Management Manager / Assistant Manager on the design of working systems in terms of layout planning proposal, production flow/procedures and production handling based on REFA. 


• To conduct time study to support evaluation of new machines and industrialization of new products and new product calculation based on WI and process documentation. 


• To conduct time study data to support the evaluation, implementation, and control of streamlining activities in production.


• To conduct time study for production processes and provide the time study data for calculation of capacity for each process/machine. 


• To maintain time standard catalogue and be responsible for the calculation of the performance efficiency. 


• To create and maintain Bill of Material and Routing in SAP based on construction guidelines and time study for each process.                                                              

Requirements: 

• Minimum in Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial)


• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related environment. 


• Ability to read, write and speak well in English, Bahasa and Mandarin (liaise with China counterpart). 


• Knowledge of Excel, SAP and REFA
