Position :Operations Executive (Container Shipping Line )

Salary Range : RM 3,500 to RM 4,500

Job Description:-

This role will be responsible for coordinating their imports and exports plus the 

transhipment cargo activities of the company.

*Coordinating import and export activities which include documentation preparation.

-Taking bookings from customers/clients and sending out booking confirmation.

-Prepare and manage relevant internal and external import/export documentation 

(NOA/Bill of Lading/Manifest/DMDT/deposits).

-Looking/securing space and arranging 2nd connecting vessel for transhipment cargo ..

-Keeping clients informed of vessel arrivals/departure updates.

-Liaising/coordinating with overseas offices on shipping schedule/ send Pr- Alert /TDR

Perform ad-hoc duty assigned by superior.

Requirements :-

- proficiency in English, BM and Mandarin.(optional)

.-A minimum of 1-2 years service experience within a shipping line/ agency/freight 

forwarder company .

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Highly motivated, pleasant & friendly personality, good team player
