Finance Manager

Monitors: revenue and expenses, expenditure variance analysis,

coordinating financial data; and preparing special reports

- Completes audits, identifies trends, determines system

improvements, and implements change

- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and

principles with the help of the bookkeeping partner

Manages: month & end-year processes, accounts

payable/receivable, intercompany transaction, capital assets

reconciliations, fixed asset activity & debt activity

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document

transactions

- Maintains accounting controls, general ledger and prepares an

annual budget

- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls

- Implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and

reporting financial information

Produce relevant Reports to be reviewed by the executive group.

Analysis and reporting of all crypto transactions by Blockchain and to Blockchain 

Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions Relevant qualifications (CPA, CMA, CIA or ACCA, etc.) 

Understanding in crypto and NFT Degree in finance / investment or experience with finance / investment
