Job Descriptions:
- Responsible to provide engineering support to maintain existing product characteristics, improve process capability and ensure manufacturing processes are consistent.
Control
- Coordinate activities related to the evaluation, selection and buy-off of new equipment for production.
Fulfill
- Manufacture process inspection, analyze and resolve process and manufacturing problems by reviewing yield data.
- Provide engineering support to production as need arises.
Drive
- Drive activities related to yield improvement on current production processes, eliminating chronic maverick issue.
Co-ordinate
- Coordinate the initiation of ECR for changes on process specification or material substitution.
In Charge
- To communicate with various parties to ensure smooth and stable manufacturing operation.
Liaise
- Liaison with package Development Engineer / Quality / Process Engineer in resolving issue with regard to product performance, quality and reliability issues.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology.
- 5 years above related working experience.
- Management System-ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001.
- Coretools – SPC / FMEA / MSA / APQP.
- Statistical Techniques.
- Mechanical Drawing / Drafting.
- Related Process, Equipment & Tools Knowledge.
- Staff Counseling & Coaching.
- Communication Skills – Verbal or Written.
- Interpersonal Skills.
- Problem Solving Skills & Decision Making.
- Independent Working / Team Working.
- Works to a Deadline.
- Presentation Skills.
