Job description:
Job Descriptions: \n\n\n\t- To lead a group of process technicians and process engineer to troubleshoot failure analysis, Yield Improvement, Lot On-Hold Disposition Timely with Analysis, Customer Complain Root Cause Analysis with 8D.
\n\t- To carry out failure analysis.
\n\t- To lead process engineer in order to sustain process yield and quality.
\n\t- To hold a meeting with SMT to improve assembly yield.
\n\t- To work with R&D Process engineers on new product/process release in production.
\n\t- To carry out and coordinate all the yield improvement evaluation and fulfill the yield target.
\n\t- To achieve process yield as per target.
\n\t- To buy off all new equipment.
\n\t- To support new machine setup and buy-off before phase in to production.
\n\t- To timely generate SOP for production.
\n\t- To work out matter of screening of hold tag lot/mavericks lot.
\n\t- To work with production to prevent quality issue occur at line with containment action and permanent corrective action items in-place.
\n\t- To work and update with Quality team on the issue related to internal and external cases.
\n\t- To drive CI project on those high defect issue.
\n \n\n \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology.
\n\t- 5 years above related working experience.
\n\t- Management System-ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001.
\n\t- Coretools – SPC / FMEA / MSA / APQP.
\n\t- Statistical Techniques.
\n\t- Mechanical Drawing / Drafting.
\n\t- Related Process, Equipment & Tools Knowledge.
\n\t- Staff Counseling & Coaching.
\n\t- Communication Skills – Verbal or Written.
\n\t- Interpersonal Skills.
\n\t- Problem Solving Skills & Decision Making.
\n\t- Independent Working / Team Working.
\n\t- Works to a Deadline.
\n\t- Presentation Skills.
\n\t- Candidate must be willing to work in Batu Berendam, Melaka.
