Job Descriptions:

• To lead a group of process technicians and process engineer to troubleshoot failure analysis, Yield Improvement, Lot On-Hold Disposition Timely with Analysis, Customer Complain Root Cause Analysis with 8D.


• To carry out failure analysis.


• To lead process engineer in order to sustain process yield and quality.


• To hold a meeting with SMT to improve assembly yield.


• To work with R&D Process engineers on new product/process release in production.


• To carry out and coordinate all the yield improvement evaluation and fulfill the yield target.


• To achieve process yield as per target.


• To buy off all new equipment.


• To support new machine setup and buy-off before phase in to production.


• To timely generate SOP for production.


• To work out matter of screening of hold tag lot/mavericks lot.


• To work with production to prevent quality issue occur at line with containment action and permanent corrective action items in-place.


• To work and update with Quality team on the issue related to internal and external cases.


• To drive CI project on those high defect issue.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology.


• 5 years above related working experience.


• Management System-ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001.


• Coretools – SPC / FMEA / MSA / APQP.


• Statistical Techniques.


• Mechanical Drawing / Drafting.


• Related Process, Equipment & Tools Knowledge.


• Staff Counseling & Coaching.


• Communication Skills – Verbal or Written.


• Interpersonal Skills.


• Problem Solving Skills & Decision Making.


• Independent Working / Team Working.


• Works to a Deadline.


• Presentation Skills.
