Job Descriptions:

• Responsible in the overall aspects include planning, coordination and control of the operations or production processes.

Control

• Drawing up a production schedule, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.

Fulfill

• Provide necessary support to engineering as need arises.


• Fulfill output target, quality target and maintenance cost budget.

Drive

• Participate in new process application and execution of process.

Co-ordinate

• Coordinate activities related to all production processes.

In Charge

• To strengthen and enhance the procedures process.

Liaise

• Supervising and motivating all production teams.


• Communication with production planning department on delivery issues.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or related disciplines.


• More than 7 years’ working experience, preferably with 5 years of supervisory experience in semiconductor industry (Wire bonding process).


• Familiar with management systems, core tools, statistical techniques, equipment & tools knowledge and troubleshooting skills.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Presentation skills.


• Team management skills. 


• Must be willing to work in Melaka.
