Job Descriptions:
- Responsible in the overall aspects include planning, coordination and control of the operations or production processes.
Control
- Drawing up a production schedule, monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Fulfill
- Provide necessary support to engineering as need arises.
- Fulfill output target, quality target and maintenance cost budget.
Drive
- Participate in new process application and execution of process.
Co-ordinate
- Coordinate activities related to all production processes.
In Charge
- To strengthen and enhance the procedures process.
Liaise
- Supervising and motivating all production teams.
- Communication with production planning department on delivery issues.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or related disciplines.
- More than 7 years’ working experience, preferably with 5 years of supervisory experience in semiconductor industry (Wire bonding process).
- Familiar with management systems, core tools, statistical techniques, equipment & tools knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Team management skills.
- Must be willing to work in Melaka.
