Company background
We are representing our client, a MNC company in semiconductor industry.
Currently, they are looking for Maintenance Engineer - Production Testing to be based in Melaka.

Responsibilities:
- To carry out PM / equipment calibration / GR & R / stability / bias on all machines before due date.
- Resolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment keeping downtime to a minimum.
- Ensure and carry out the machine maintenance, in order to achieve high machine efficiency.
- Raise PR to buy spare parts and spare parts control.
- Coordinate with equipment/R&D engineers on new equipment in production.
- To carry out machines improvement projects and spare parts replacement & cost saving evaluation.
- Responsible to generate SOP for the production staff.
- To support new equipment setup and buy-off.
- To maintain process yield as per target.
- To work with production to prevent quality issue occur at line.
- Coordinate and review machines efficiency and UPH to achieve optimum machines performance.
- To have CI project on those high defect issue.
Requirement:

- Minimum possess in Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in semiconductor industry with a strong technical background, and leadership skills.
- Have experienced in managing teams.
- Experienced in tester or handler (Aemulus, Intotest, ASM, Turret or etc)
