- Responsible for Quality Assurance function and activities.
Control
- Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure conformity of products to quality standard.
Fulfill
- Establish, implement and maintain documented quality system, procedure, and instruction in accordance to IATF 16949, equivalent International Quality System and Customer requirements.
Drive
- To lead and coordinate internal and customer complaints by using 8D methodology (ICAR & ECAR) and follow up on action implementation.
Co-ordinate
- Coordinate and reporting of quality data that required by customers.
In-Charge
- Responsible for the entire quality function, to lead and guide a team of QA personnel to ensure smooth running of Quality Assurance Activities.
Liaise
- Regularly review the quality system for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with managerial or leadership role within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO14001 quality management systems.
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as 8D methodology, ICAR, ECAR root cause analysis.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and developing QA teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
