Business Development Manager (Johor Bahru)

• Set up a local market team, lead the team to do a good job in market development in the respective country, develop business through channel cooperation, online and offline lectures, MGM, etc., and be responsible for the company's core business indicators (user growth, retention) in the respective country market;
• Responsible for the introduction and maintenance of key cooperation resources for the US and Hong Kong stock securities business in respective country, including but not limited to: vertical financial institutions, financial social media celebrities, US and Hong Kong listed companies, etc., formulate business promotion plans based on channel characteristics and implement them , gain user growth;
• Keep in touch with the headquarters to jointly formulate the marketing strategy of the respective country market;
• With the support of the headquarters, lead the team to do a good job in the localized operation of the social media official account matrix;
• Regularly conduct market competition research and user research, provide valuable suggestions for the company's product development and marketing strategies, and assist in product improvement and marketing strategy improvement;
