Senior Account Manager (Malaysia)

Our client seeks a Senior Account Manager to join their team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have sales or field application experience, enabling them to cultivate enduring business relationships with new and existing customers. They should possess expertise in final test products, understand customer needs, and excel in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across multiple sales channels.


  • Drive growth and retention of existing sales accounts to achieve business objectives. 
  • Proactively identify promising prospects, assess sales territory channels, and exploit market opportunities to foster new business and establish enduring partnerships. 
  • Execute sales plans to consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets, employing effective sales and marketing strategies and tactics. 
  • Coordinate trials, feasibility studies, product evaluations, and qualifications of the client's products. 
  • Cultivate client relationships, encompassing identification, development, definition, negotiation, and management of extensive connections with new and existing customers. 
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, engaging customers in discussions, and providing potential technical approaches to address their needs.


  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics Electronics, Electrical, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor back end final test environment
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, leadership, independent, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Must have personal transport and be willing to travel within South & Central Malaysia.
