Logistics & Sales Support

Coordinating with the production team and the sales team, to ensure customer expectations are met and deliveries are made on time, as well as managing the dagangnet account, export permit applications, Veterinary Health Certificates, BoL, and all commercial shipping documents. You will also be responsible for sending samples to potential new customers, and as such, timeliness, presentation and attention to detail are critical in this role

You will be responsible for: 

• Coordinating between production & Sales Manager to ensure delivery expectations are realistic, and are met on time
• Preparing, packaging & sending product samples & sales material
• Maintaining sample trackers and shipment plans
• Updating production & sales personnel on shipment status

• Applying for export permits & veterinary health certificates
• Liaising with logistics suppliers for collections & shipments
• Sending samples via DHL
• Preparing internal shipping documents (invoices, BoL, Certificates of Analysis, etc_
• Working with FMM on applying for and sending Certificates of Origin
• Renewing export permits with Dept of Veterinary Services
• Requesting quotes from logistics suppliers
• Updating CRM database and spreadsheets with shipment information
