Job description:

We're looking for an Account Executive who can provide a stellar client service experience. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and be a consultant for the digital world. In this role, you are required to have a good project management skill, an enthusiastic collaborator and accountable to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns/projects.


  • An important part of the role is the understanding of the client’s brand and how we are able to assist them across the brief, the objective, advise and consult the client on digital solutions
  • To have awareness of the technical possibilities and outer limits of digital production
  • Ability to question briefs when appropriate, research where necessary, providing extra value and pushing for the most effective solutions
  • Manage the digital project from brief to delivery, on time and within budget, leading project executive/the team from initial planning to execution and deployment, post live monitoring & website maintenance support
  • Responsible in scoping project requirement, manage the timeline, ensuring work integration among team members and internal stakeholders, able to discuss UI/UX, creative, technical solutions with team members and clients
  • Manage developers or partner vendors as needed to ensure clear and consistent communication of project execution and delivery
  • To have a problem-solving mind-set and decision-making skill, able to monitor, identify and mitigate project risk, manage prioritization and the timely flow of work between digital projects
  • Passionate about an ever-changing industry and environment
  • Hands-on approach with very strong attention to detail


  • At least 2 years of working experience in in Advertising / Web Agency
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • At least Diploma or higher education in Advertising / Mass Comm / Web Design or equivalent.
  • Able to multi-task and have positive mind-set
  • Strong attention to detail, willing to learn & improve. Good organisation and planning skills
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office
  • Start date: ASAP
