Job description:

Business Partner

  • Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on operational HumanResources issues including employment legislation.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objectiveinvestigations when necessary.
  • Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management(coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, buildmorale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides effective and efficient talent acquisition and retention support.

Recruitment

  • Execution of recruitment plan and activities for all levels including interns within theBusiness Unit including screening candidates, conducting interviews, preparing salaryproposals and communicating with Hiring Manager, negotiating and communicatingoffer acceptance
  • To collaborate in hiring programs to retain employees
  • Maintenance of hiring records and masterlist, provide periodic and ad-hoc headcountreports
  • Maintenance of online recruitment resources
