Job description:
Business Partner - Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff on operational HumanResources issues including employment legislation.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objectiveinvestigations when necessary.
- Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management(coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, buildmorale, increase productivity and retention.
- Provides effective and efficient talent acquisition and retention support.
Recruitment - Execution of recruitment plan and activities for all levels including interns within theBusiness Unit including screening candidates, conducting interviews, preparing salaryproposals and communicating with Hiring Manager, negotiating and communicatingoffer acceptance
- To collaborate in hiring programs to retain employees
- Maintenance of hiring records and masterlist, provide periodic and ad-hoc headcountreports
- Maintenance of online recruitment resources
