Position: Final Test Technician
Location: Ayer Keroh, Melaka
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Salary: RM2,800 – RM4,400 (Based on experience and approval) + night shift allowance

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute final test activities with cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, and quality requirements.

Perform final testing according to approved checklists and customer requirements, maintaining a zero-defect mindset.

Manage and escalate out-of-plan issues according to manufacturing escalation procedures.

Collaborate with setup, engineering, QA, and project management teams to ensure test readiness and drive continuous improvement in design, setup, and customer sample management.

Log and track all test-related issues in the issue-tracking system for Kaizen and continuous improvement.

Use calibrated tools, jigs, and approved instructions; maintain proper documentation and control.

Practice 5S daily, ensure correct material identification, and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Follow all safety procedures and ensure proper use of required PPE at all times.

Continuously improve skills in line with the annual training matrix.

Support field service activities when required, including limited local or overseas travel.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements

Associate’s degree, Diploma, or equivalent technical experience.

2–3 years of relevant technical experience (fresh graduates may apply).

Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and detailed blueprints.

Proficient in using common tools and mechanical fixtures.

Strong electro-mechanical and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

Advanced ability to use diagnostic terminals.
