Job description:

Job Responsibilities

•Responsible of supporting growth of new merchants

•Responsible for accelerating growth of newly onboarded merchants within the platform

•Responsible for educating merchants on platform functions

•Monitor and tracking merchant’s performance

•Analyze vendor performance data and develop strategic plans to boost team’s performance

•Gather insights and understand pain points from all team members and from differentregions in Malaysia in order to develop recommendations for future initiatives and road mapdevelopment

Requirements

•Min Diploma/Degree in any field

•Min 2 years of Key Account Management experience in e-commerce environment

•Ability to speak in Mandarin & English language

•Self-driven and independent

•Strong communication and analytical skills
