Responsibilities: Customer Service Excellence: - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each customer receives personalized attention and assistance.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve any issues to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly store environment that reflects the brand's values.
Sales and Revenue Generation: - Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing store profitability.
- Utilize strong product knowledge to promote and sell merchandise effectively.
- Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and propose strategies to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Shop Manager to develop and execute promotional activities to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
Team Leadership and Development: - Support the Shop Manager in supervising and motivating the store team, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
- Train new employees on store operations, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Store Operations and Visual Merchandising: - Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are maintained, including attractive product displays and layout.
- Ensure the shop is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory levels, participate in stock management activities, and perform regular stock checks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a retail management role or in the fashion and clothing industries.
