Founded in Osaka, Japan, our client has garnered international recognition and admiration as a leading denim brand with now famous seagull logo, renowned for its unwavering dedication to manufacturing exceptional products of the highest quality.

 

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving individual and store sales targets, maintaining brand image, and upholding store operational standards. This role requires a passion for fashion, a strong understanding of premium retail service, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

  • Greet customers warmly and engage them with a tailored approach.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products (e.g., upselling premium denim or cross-selling accessories like caps or jackets).
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Provide styling advice and product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.

2. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a deep understanding of company product lines, craftsmanship, and heritage.
  • Communicate the unique selling points of products (e.g., explaining the hand-painted seagull logo or limited-edition collaborations).
  • Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and brand campaigns.

3. Store Presentation & Operations

  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met according to EVISU’s guidelines.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

4. Brand Ambassadorship

  • Represent EVISU’s brand values in all customer and team interactions.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in line with the brand’s dress code.
  • Engage with customers in a way that builds loyalty and encourages repeat visits.
