Job Responsibilities: 

Production Planning & Control

• 
  

  Update firm orders and customer forecasts in SAP weekly after Master Production Schedule (MPS) review, to support timely material planning.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare final assembly production plans and manifests for each running model.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor daily production output against the planned schedule.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and update the production planning file regularly.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct weekly production planning meetings with the operations team.

  
  


• 
  

  Support finished goods (FG) handling and the shipping process.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare weekly FG inventory forecast/closing.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure no backlog for both SOP (Start of Production) and After Sales orders.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and manage the daily shipping/delivery plan.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate daily with customers and 3PL (third-party logistics) providers regarding shipping and delivery schedules.
