- Good English with C1 level (with written and audio test)
- Mandarin able to read, write and speak as dealing with clients in Mandarin
- A technology company in New York that supporting F&B industry, primary support voice call related to food order enquiry, system and etc.
- Support US market, customers to support are those calling in to place food order or raise any issues while they wanted to place food order. Client will be mainly China immigrants that open Chinese restaurant in US.
- Fully night shift 11pm to 8 am / 7 days with 5 days work per week, 2 days off. The 2 days off might not be continuous days
- Open to Degree fresh graduate. SPM/Diploma holders must with at least 1 year of working experience in Call centre.
- Permanent employment
- Need to attend 10-week classroom and on the job training. Only after pass the test then will be hired.
