Company Overview:

  • We are representing our clients an established within aluminum fabricating industry. Our client currently looking for dynamic and result oriented candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To prepare full set of accounts including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Financial Statement, Management Report and etc.
  • Ensure data entry accuracy of billing/supplier invoices and staff claim.
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior payment.
  • Use QnE (or similar accounting software) for all accounting records.
  • Handle all matters related to Malaysia Tax, Good and Service Tax and Sale Service Tax requirements.
  • Ensure proper internal control and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and produce timely financial report.
  • Duties include Account Payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, maintaining fixed assets register, filling GST/SST return and finalizing the monthly financial account.
  • Prepare and review monthly Financial Statements.
  • Preparation and interpreting project feasibility study and cash flow proposal to obtain project financing.
  • Monitoring of daily cash flows.
  • Compile and update employee records, check and calculate monthly payroll, overtime, claim & allowances.
  • Oversee operations and administrative functions.
  • To involve in General Admin function and provide admin support to any personnel.
  • Renewed and update all Road Tax and insurance policies.
  • Responsible for preparation and processing of monthly payroll accurately in accordance with the provisions of Malaysia Labour Law.
  • Update and maintain accurate employee’s record.
  • Submit monthly statutory payments to Inland Revenue, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
  • Prepare year end income tax assessment form from all staff.
  • To write reports and business correspondences.
  • Liaison Person with bankers and lawyers for banking facilities.
  • Ad Hoc task assign by the Top Management.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced /Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in both spoken and writing skills in English.
  • Good problem solving skills, ability to work independently.
  • Willing to work in Kepong area and possess own transport.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & QNE System.
  • Languages : English, Malay and Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Mon to Friday 830am – 530pm / Alternate Sat 830am to 1pm (one Saturday).
