Responsibility:

> Plan, coordinate and execute product demo process effectively and ensure the demo objectives are

achieved.

> Developing, formulating and executing application test by interpreting specifications and

requirements, recommends application parameters, provide application performance estimates and

generating professional reports for internal and external utilization.

> Develops alternate methods and test procedure, execute the feasibility for applications and

recommends implementation of improved method and procedures.

> Oversees installation and provide guidance and to support teams to ensure products and solutions

are installed and functioning according to application specifications.

> Develop and prepare application specific training method and materials for the field ensure the

trainings are conducted professionally and learning outcomes are achieved.

> Ensure operation, maintenance and troubleshooting materials are up to standards, provide effective

training to inter-team and client personnel to create higher competencies level.

> Drive and assist Product Development teams to develop new application features by providing

feedback and ideas that contribute the continual development of the product to meet end-user

requirements.

> Obtain and engage continuous training and exposure to company products and services to gain indepth

technical knowledge be able to professionally and efficiently communicate with the client.

Interact and attend to issues pertaining to the delivered products or services and resolve in the most

effective and efficient way to ensure client satisfaction.

> Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, gathering feedback to internal team and

follow through the improvements to the products and services.
