Our Client, who is a leading global company, specializes in precision systems and equipment for today’s global microelectronics and semiconductors industries. They are #hiring for candidate who is energetic and desires growth to fill their current job opening of Marketing Executive, to be based at Penang.

What is the opportunity?

Looking for Marketing Executive, who will beresponsible forexecuting and overseeing the outbound or inbound marketing activities to support organizational objectives.

Your role is important role in/ to:

• Develop and execute marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize company’s social media platform, digital advertising & email marketing to ensure the content align with the business needs. 
• Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, adjusting or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand and product awareness.
• Coordinating the design of promotional material and distributing in online and offline channels.
• Create draft speeches, articles, newsletters, social media posts, press releases and other written materials to ensure accurate and consistent alignment with the company's communication strategy.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

To be successful in this role, You need to have:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communication or related field of study.
• Ideally 2 years of proven experience in marketing, project management, social media management, event planning, and partnerships.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Industrial marketing (digital & event) experience will be additional bonus.
• Fresh Graduates is welcomed to apply!
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin speaking customers.
