Company Overview: Representing one of the leading telecommunication providers in Malaysia, offering a wide range of mobile plans and services to meet the needs of its customers Job Responsibilities: • Conduct follow-up calls or chats for customers who have expressed interest in specific products or services. • Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries effectively. • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell related products and services during customer interactions. • Offer personalized recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience and maximize sales. • Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanour, ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and memorable. • Exhibit resilience and an openness to feedback for continuous self-improvement. • Collaborate with the marketing team by actively participating in various promotional campaigns. • Execute campaign-specific tasks, including product launches and special offers, as requested.
Job Requirements: • Minimum SPM qualification • Language proficiency of at least 7/10 (spoken). • Demonstrated resilience and an ability to accept feedback constructively. • Strong adaptability to thrive in a constantly changing work environment. • Ambitious and eager to learn, with a commitment to gaining product knowledge and mastering sales strategies.
Other Details: Basic Pay: RM 1800 Shift Allowance: RM 120 Mobile Allowance: RM 100 Hardship Fee: RM 200 Incentive: Based on Sales Performance Working Hours: 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm Working days – Monday to Friday
