About the Role:

 We are seeking a seasoned Digital Media Specialist with strong agency experience to lead performance-driven, full-funnel campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and agency partners to optimize digital media strategy, execution, and measurement

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize digital media campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (e.g. Top-of-Mind, Add-to-Cart, Brand Consideration, Conversions).
  • Leverage first-party data, ad tech platforms, and retargeting to drive campaign efficiency and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing, communications, and agency partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Develop strategic narratives that highlight the value and impact of paid media efforts.
  • Proactively explore and implement innovative media ideas, platforms, and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in digital media and advertising.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital media agency environment.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in SEM, SEO, DSPs, SSPs, and other ad tech tools.
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns across industries such as e-commerce, fintech, or super apps.  Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple portfolios and stakeholders simultaneously
