- Handling inbound/outbound callsto educate and engage potential clients about company's
- planning.
- • Promoting our company’s planning products and services over the phone.
- • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- • Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
- • Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and
- productivity.
- • Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
- • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- • Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make
- recommendations to the team leader.
- • Upsell and cross- sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions.
- • Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 1 year of relevant
- experience.
- • Experienced in contact centre/customer service/ customer support /BPO working
- environment.
- • Must be proficient in English.
- • Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
- • Willing to work in shift & rotation basis
Other Details:
- Working Days: 5 days working & 2 days off (rotational basis)
- Working Hours: 8AM - 12AM (rotational shift)
- Basic Salary: RM2500 - RM3400
- OT allowance.
- Shift allowance.
