Job Description \n\n\n\t- To handle all customer enquiries and requests promptly, accurately, and professionally. Live Chat / Social-Media and Email Correspondence.
\n\t- To meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level by ensuring that all enquiries are answered within the service level.
\n\t- Handling incoming calls and enquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation.
\n\t- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
\n\t- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
\n\t- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
\n\t- Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
\n\t- Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
\n \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 1 year experience.
\n\t- Must be able to communicate and write Emails well in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
\n\t- Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
\n\t- Willing to work in shift & rotation basis.
\n \n\nOther Details: \n\n\n\t- Basic Salary: RM2500 - RM3700 (based on qualifications & experiences)
\n\t- OT allowance.
\n\t- Shift allowance.
\n\t- Phone allowance (Rebate)
