Job Description

  • To handle all customer enquiries and requests promptly, accurately, and professionally. Live Chat / Social-Media and Email Correspondence.
  • To meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity level by ensuring that all enquiries are answered within the service level.
  •  Handling incoming calls and enquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation.
  • Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
  • To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 1 year experience.
  • Must be able to communicate and write Emails well in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
  • Willing to work in shift & rotation basis.

Other Details:

  • Basic Salary: RM2500 - RM3700 (based on qualifications & experiences) 
  • OT allowance.
  • Shift allowance.
  • Phone allowance (Rebate)
