Job Description



  • Handle inbound calls from customers professionally and efficiently.

  • Retain customers by addressing concerns and encouraging continued usage of our telco plans.

  • Promote telco plans, products, and current promotions.

  • Collaborate closely with team members and leaders to meet quality standards and productivity targets.

  • Escalate priority requests or feedback promptly for effective issue resolution.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

  • Identify areas for service or process improvement and propose recommendations to the team leader.

  • Perform upselling and cross-selling by offering suitable alternative solutions.

  • Maintain strong working knowledge and experience within contact centre, customer service, customer support, or BPO environments.

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the team leader.


Job Requirements



  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Experience in contact centre/customer service/customer support/BPO environment is required.

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.

  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.

  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
