- Handling inbound/outbound calls to educate and engage potential clients about company planning.
- Promoting our company’s planning products and services over the phone.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
- Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and productivity.
- Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
- Upsell and cross- sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experienced in contact centre/customer service/ customer support /BPO working environment.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
- Willing to work in shift & rotation basis (if needed)
