Job Description

• Handling inbound/outbound calls to educate and engage potential clients about company planning.


• Promoting our company’s planning products and services over the phone.


• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.


• Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.


• Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and productivity.


• Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.


• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.


• Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.


• Upsell and cross- sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions.


• Any other duties assigned by the team leader.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.


• Experienced in contact centre/customer service/ customer support /BPO working environment.


• Must be proficient in English.


• Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.


• Willing to work in shift & rotation basis (if needed)
