About Our Client We are representing a leading telecommunications service provider in Malaysia Responsibilities: - Manage and complete fibre installation with comply to the SOP
- Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA
- Solving customer problems and complaints
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products and solutions
- Meet performance target for NPS and sales value
- Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre (WiFi solutioning, Smart Home)
- Attend periodic training to sharpen skills and knowledge related to fibre, smart devices, and computing
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of related experience in fibre and computing, networking
- Minimum Diploma, preferred Degree in technical fields (E&E, Computing, Telecom, Networking)
- Minimum professional certification required CA1C or CA2C (Can be taken after joining as well)
- Preferred certification on CCNA, Tp-link, AirTies, Microsoft, Huawei, Amazon, Google
- Must possess own transport (car) and willing to travel to customer place for installation

- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)

Salary Information: - Basic salary
- RM 500 Transport Allowance
- RM 200 HP Allowance
- RM 350 Mandarin Speaking Allowance
- Certification Allowance available
