Customer Support (Order Processing)

Job description:

  • Performs order validation for new activation and process into the related systems capability towards meeting customer requirement and expectation within the specified Turn-Around-Time
  • Responsible to liaise with ISD and follow up on the issues been raised due to system problem.
  • Responsible to update the progress or status timely in the related systems.
  • Responsible to ensure the quality of order validation and data entry error are meeting the specified target.
  • Responsible to ensure all the lines are provisioned by ensuring the completeness of information on the registration form.
  • Calling clients to perform order checking and verification 
  • To handle Submission Nationwide 
  • Supporting  (Dealers/ Account Manager/ Sales Team) on the order processing 
  • Order normally comes from corporate client, Small Medium Enterprise , enterprise
  • Required to do order checking, investigating order, confirming order before passing over to another department
  • To do data Entry
  • backend support and support desk job
  • Liaising with internal party via email

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma holder with 2 years’ experience
  • Degree in IT, Communication or BBA with 1 year experience 
  • Must have excellent English communication skill
  • Willing to do Overtime
  • Monday to Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm) job, however, prefer someone who can work on weekends when required
  • Open to be placed in any unit in Order Processing Department 
  • Able to work at Menara Maxis 
  • Available immediately to join
  • Must be Fully Vaccinated with Booster 
  • Must have home Wifi at home
