Job Description

• Responsible for doing tele-sales for the company’s products.
  To make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote various telco products.
• To deliver and educate prospective customers on the benefits of the telco products.
• To identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell telco products and to provide services to prospective customers.
• To advise customers and to close sales via various payment modes.
• To work closely with other team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
  
   

Job Requirement

• Must have a minimum of SPM / Diploma / Degree.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in the telemarketing field.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Willing to work on rotational shift and on weekend.
