Our established client is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate to fill their current job opening. Job Responsibilities: - Handling incoming calls and enquiries promptly from corporate client accurately and professionally.
- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
- Handling general enquiries exp: billing, account, promotion etc.

- Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and productivity.
- Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
- Upsell and cross- sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
Job Requirements: - Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 1 year experience.
- Experienced in contact centre/customer service/ customer support /BPO working environment.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Only Malaysians Citizens are eligible to apply.
- Willing to work in Shift & Rotation basis.
- Must be Fully Vaccinated with Booster.
