Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

Order Management: 

  • Performs project order validation and process in the system timely. 
  • Manage the internal stakeholders in matters of order processing, improvement and ensure order process within timeline. • Active and close monitoring and update of daily reports of all orders assigned. 
  • Performs order management for new service activation and process into the related systems capability towards meeting customer requirement and expectation within the specified Turn-Around-Time. 
  • Responsible to liaise with ISD and follow up on the issues been raised due to system problem.
  • Responsible to update the progress or status timely in the related systems. 
  • Responsible to ensure the quality of order validation and data entry accuracy are meeting the specified target. 
  • Responsible to ensure all the service are provisioned by ensuring the completeness of information on the registration form and relevant supporting documents. 
  • Schedules installation appointment for customer and collaborate with project manager. 
  • Support system enhancement to Product development team and ISD team.

Order Submission.

  • Performs order validation and process in the system timely. 
  • Manage the Sales Channel in matters of order processing, service delivery, improvement and liaising with internal/external stakeholders to ensure customers’ requirements are met. 
  • Active and close monitoring and update of daily reports of all orders assigned. 
  • Performs order validation, basket configuration and submits into the related systems capability (CRM, CPQ, CSM, WinSCP, NCO, External Portal and MBH) towards meeting customer requirement and expectation within the specified Turn-Around-Time 
  • Responsible to liaise with ISD and follow up on the issues been raised due to system problem and manages exception.
  •  Responsible to update the progress or status timely in the related systems and administer all open sales order & ensure appropriate order flow. 
  • Responsible to ensure the quality of order validation, configuration and data entry error are meeting the specified target. 
  • Schedules installation appointment for customer and follow up on customer readiness & required documentation.

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum Diploma holder and above in (Telecommunication, Communication, or IT will be added advantage) • 1– 2 years working experiences.
  • Must have excellent English and Malay communication skill and writing skills. 
  • Willing to do overtime. 
  • Available immediately to join. 
  • Have experience in order processing and data entry / admin experience / customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Good written, oral and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good research, analytical, planning and organizational skills. 
  • Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply. 
  • Willing to work in shift & rotation basis. 
  • Must be fully vaccinated (2 doses)
