Job description:
Key Responsibilities: - Outbound Sales Activities
- Identify and market sales opportunities.
- Conduct sales via roving and roadshows.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Generate new sales opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers.
- Diligently follow up on leads using SFDC (Salesforce).
- Ensure timely management of leads.
- Track and manage customer interactions and sales activities in SFDC.
- Develop strategies to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop marketing strategies for products and services.
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, purchases, and service requests.
- Provide personalized service and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Create and post engaging content about Maxis promotions, products, and events on social media.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' actions.
- Stay updated on industry developments and the competitive landscape.
- Build strong relationships with SME customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SMEs, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Adhere to established sales processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Minimum Essential Qualifications & Technical Competencies: - Education: Minimum SPM
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Experience in retail is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
- Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
