Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Activities 
  • Identify and market sales opportunities.
  • Conduct sales via roving and roadshows.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Generate new sales opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers.
  • Diligently follow up on leads using SFDC (Salesforce).
  • Ensure timely management of leads.
  • Track and manage customer interactions and sales activities in SFDC.
  • Develop strategies to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Develop marketing strategies for products and services.
  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, purchases, and service requests.
  • Provide personalized service and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Create and post engaging content about Maxis promotions, products, and events on social media.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' actions.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and the competitive landscape.
  • Build strong relationships with SME customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SMEs, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Adhere to established sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Minimum Essential Qualifications & Technical Competencies:

  • Education: Minimum SPM
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in retail is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
