Job Description: - Handling inbound and outbound / livechat and email
- Follow up and resolve customers complaints and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
- Handling general enquiries exp: billing, account, promotion etc.
- Follow up and resolve customers complaints and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
- Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and productivity.
- Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
- Upsell and cross- sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
Requirements: - Minimum must have SPM or Diploma
- Must have at least 1 year of related working experience.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to work in shift & rotation basis.
