Job Description - Perform complex order validation, planning and process in the system timely
- Manage the internal stakeholders in matters of order processing, improvement and ensure order process within timeline.
- Active and close monitoring and update of daily reports of all orders assigned.
- Maintain a positive approach to responsibilities, with flexibility for working beyond scheduled hours when needed.
Job Accountability - Perform order management for new service activation and process into the related system capability towards meeting customer requirements and expectations within the specified Turnaround Time.
- Responsible to liaise with IT and follow up on the issues raised due to system problems.
- Responsible for updating the progress or status timely in the related systems.
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of order validation and data entry accuracy are meeting the specified target.
- Responsible for ensuring all services are provisioned by ensuring the completeness of information from the registration form and relevant supporting documents.
- Schedule installation appointments for customers and collaborate with the project manager.
- Support system enhancements to product development team and IT team.
Job Requirements - Minimum Diploma / Degree in Telecommunication, Communication, IT
- Have experience 1 or 2 years in order processing and Data Entry / Admin experience / Customer service experience.
- Must have excellent English and Malay communication skill and writing skills.
- Willing to do overtime.
- Available immediately to join on 2nd Jan 2025
- Only Malaysian citizensare eligible to apply.
- Willing to work in shift & rotation basis.
- Must be fully vaccinated (2 doses).
