Job description:

Our established client (Family Office: Global investments) is looking for dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current role of an Executive Assistant


 

Responsibilities


 

  • Extensive diary management and coordination across the area (regionally and globally)
  • Attend corporate and business meetings including corporate and social events with the Director (both locally and overseas travel) to network with new and existing clients/contacts
  • Preparing meeting minutes, taking notes of key messages during formal and informal meetings
  • Support the Director within any scope of the business


 

Requirements


 

  • Experience working within a banking environment is an added value
  • Execellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build, foster and maintain positive professional relationships
  • Well-groomed with outgoing and pleasant personality
  • Committed and flexible towards working hours and willing to travel as when required
