Senior Production Manager

• Lead the setting up of the production department, conduct design review, optimizing production flow, manage compounding formulation, line optimization and process engineering of the gloves dipping process.
• Establish and manage the glove manufacturing production starting from latex formulation and compounding to dipping process, WIP, packaging and warehouse operations.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure quality compliance, process certifications and product certifications.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, including raw material and human resources to ensure the production meets the quality standards and process requirements.
• Establish the department structure and formalize the standard operating procedures.
