Requirements •Responsible for day-to-day operations of retail stores. •Motivate, evaluate, and retain dynamic sales team and build team spirit. •Lead and coach staff towards achieving the sales goals and service standards and through training where required. •Ensure sales team follows service standards and store SOPs are always executed on the sales floor. •Ensure sales team are well informed about promotional initiatives and execute these initiatives. •Compile and analyze sales results, retail KPIs and competitor’s activities on a regular basis. •Participate in sales team recruitment and selection. Ensure effective manpower coverage for all retail stores. •Optimize duty rosters to ensure full floor coverage, maximizing sales and saving expenses. •Handle customers’ complaints, returns, and after sales service escalated from retail stores. •Take charge/participate in roadshow and other marketing activities to promote brand. •Strong sense of urgency, highly energetic, results driven and get things done. •Keen on people development and has the ability to drive sales performance. •Regular store visits are a must.
