Front End Developer

Key Outcomes ● Deliver high-quality front-end development work that is responsive, accessible, and consistent with best practice standards. ● Collaborate with Project Managers to recommend and architect custom solutions in WordPress that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client goals. ● Ensure all work is thoroughly tested and attention to detail is applied across all projects. ● Contribute to innovation in WordPress development by leveraging AI tools and modern techniques to improve efficiency, quality, and client outcome

Core Activities Project Development & Delivery ● Convert static designs (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, XD) into responsive, accessible front-end templates. ● Implement and refine styling using HTML and CSS, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. ● Resolve layout, responsiveness, and accessibility issues across devices and browsers. ● Perform PHP slicing (taking static designs or templates and converting them into dynamic pages within CMS platforms).

● Apply best practice development standards to ensure quality, consistency, performance, and maintainability. ● Collaborate with designers, account managers, and back-end developers to ensure seamless project delivery. ● Stay current with evolving CMS platforms (particularly WordPress) and front-end technologies relevant to client projects. Collaboration & Solution Architecture ● Work with Project Managers to recommend and architect custom WordPress solutions that meet client requirements and are scalable for future growth. ● Ensure solutions are maintainable, efficient, and consistent with best practice standards. ● Test your own work thoroughly, demonstrating attention to detail and delivering error-free solutions. ● Provide guidance and technical expertise on implementing innovative approaches, including AI-assisted development techniques where appropriate. Innovation & AI in Development ● Explore and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve development efficiency, problem-solving, and client outcomes. ● Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks or streamline workflows through AI solutions. ● Share insights and learnings from AI-driven approaches with the development team to foster continuous improvement.
