Job description:

To overseeing the overall strategy and execution of brand-related activities, ensuring the alignment of the department's goals with business objectives, and managing the budget and resources to achieve those goals.

1. Strategic Planning: Formulate the overall brand strategy during product planning, including setting the vision, creating roadmaps, and deciding how to communicate the brand message effectively. Department 

2. Representation, Reporting & Leadership: Act as the department's representative, providing reports and updates to senior management on project status, goals, and results. Manage and motivate the team, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives, driving productivity, and ensuring clear communication. 

3. Oversee Department KPIs: Set, monitor, and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, ensuring targets are met and goals are aligned with the company’s objectives. 

4. Budget Management: Manage the allocated budget for brand projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines. 

5. Big Idea Development: Lead the creative development of major brand concepts and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of a consistent brand message across all platforms. 

6. Task Distribution, Coordination & Monitoring: Work with different departments to assign tasks, ensure clear communication, and monitor key brand metrics to track the performance of brand initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and meet objectives. 

7. Media Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, partners, and influencers to foster brand growth and improve visibility. 

8. Brand Presentation: Lead the presentation of brand planning and strategies, articulating the vision and demonstrating the impact of brand initiatives to key stakeholders.
