We are representing our client, a well-established international banking institution, seeking for Business Development Managers to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Role Responsibilities :

To achieve assigned targets, focus on proactively marketing and originating SME related products, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.

Identify and engage with new clients to expand the SME business portfolio.

Enhance customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically targeting SMEs.

Good understanding of SME loan related products

Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients

Willing to work in Petaling Jaya
