\nWe are representing our client, a well-established international banking institution, seeking for Business Development Managers to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. \n\n
\nRole Responsibilities :
\n\n\n\t- \n\t
To achieve assigned targets, focus on proactively marketing and originating SME related products, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Identify and engage with new clients to expand the SME business portfolio. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Enhance customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance. \n\t \n \n\n \n\nRequirements : \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically targeting SMEs. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Good understanding of SME loan related products \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients \n\t \n\t- \n\t
