The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our Guarantee Instalment Loan offerings, targeting companies with a minimum of RM3 million in sales turnover. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills and a passion for achieving business objectives. \n\nRole Responsibilities \n\n• To achieve assigned targets as an Business Development Manager, Business Banking, focus on proactively marketing and originating Guarantee Instalment Loan products, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. \n\n• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with new clients to expand the SME business portfolio. \n\n• Customer Experience: Enhance customer reach, product visibility, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional customer experience. \n\n• Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance. \n\nQualifications: \n\n• Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. \n\n• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, specifically targeting SMEs. \n\n• Knowledge: Good understanding of Guarantee Instalment Loan products. \n\n• Proactivity: Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. \n\n• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients \nApply Now Back to Job Vacancies |
